I purchased this for my daughter who usually wears a size large in girls or 10/12 in regular clothes. She’s closer to a regular size 10 and I got her a Large in this leotard. It’s a nice fit compared to others. It is a tad bit loose on top and on the bottom area but she wears jazz pants with it, so it’s not a big deal and she’s able to wear it comfortably.The leotards I chose for my 7 year-old granddaughter for her gymnastic classes fit perfectly. I ordered for 6-8 year olds. Because they fit perfectly now, I can see where I should have ordered one in this size and one for the next size up. They grow so fast! The leotards were well made and she was very pleased with them!The color is a little lighter then it said it was but it will work.It makes a nice piece for a costume and can be used for daily use.This fits perfectly on my 5 year old. The color is exactly what she wanted.I'm pleased with how this leotard has held up to weekly washings. It still looks very nice. The style and cut is appropriate for little kids.Ordered 6-8 year and it fits as expected for my 7 year old. Slightly large, but I like that she will not grow out of it anytime soon.
